A: Yes, every one of our signs are 100% handcrafted from start to finish. I design and draw all my sign shapes and my husband, John, cuts them all out for me, sands them, and then applies the base coat. Then they come to me on my back porch where the artwork begins.
Q: What are your signs made of?
A: All of our letters are cut from top quality wood that is 15/32" thick, which is almost 1/2" thick, giving you a nice strong letter or sign. You will only get premium quality workmanship, nothing less.
Q: Are they indoor or outdoor signs?
A: Our signs are intended for indoor use unless otherwise requested.
Q: Do you take custom orders?
A: YES! We love them! We've done custom signs for homes, businesses, and many, many weddings all over the world!
Q:What about payments?
A: Payments may be made through Paypal's secure server. You may use your credit card to make your payment through Paypal.
Q: How will my order be shipped & what is your turnaround time?
A: Your sign will be shipped by USPS Priority. Our lead time runs at 4 to 5 wks. after payment is received. Let us know if you have a special date that you need your sign by.
Q: Do you offer combined shipping on multiple sign purchases?
A: YES! I always combine purchases to give you the best shipping rate possible. The shipping discounts for additional sign purchases will appear on your shopping cart when you check out.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: One thing I've always done is take lots of pictures and edit them to give you the best view of the sign you want. Pictures are true to color & measurements are given. Each sign is handmade for you when ordered, and for that reason, all sales are final. I've made thousands of signs for many happy customers and returning customers, and you will be happy too!
